The company was founded in 1991 in Pilsen after the fall of the Iron Curtain and against a background of broad economic expansion. At the outset we produced primarily popcorn and candy floss. In 1992 we established a joint venture with the Haase GmbH firm from Rosbach in Germany. A successful collaboration: in combination with Haase's assortment of Fun Food machines and accessories, it was now possible to offer complete solutions: Haase delivers the equipment and Paleta foodsystem provides the dry mixes for the production of Fun-Drinks and Fun-Snacks.

Paleta Foodsystem delivers dried mixes for Fun Food products and for gluten-free products. We are the biggest producer of gluten-free products in the Czech Republic. Trends have led to the development of new recipes and products. Thanks to the close collaboration with the Haase GmbH, a German company dealing with Fun Food products, we have been able to respond to the changing needs of the market. We export our products to numerous countries within the European Community including Sweden, Spain, England, France, and Greece.
